Thanks for sharing. I am just finishing up the elimination diet. I have started cooking again using only whole foods. I have discovered that processed foods are the worst!! She just started to eat vegetarian this week.
Can You Really Do Whole30 As a Vegetarian?
Way to go girl!!! I would like to do this challenge, would strive to do 30 days!!! And could you give some recommendations on meals?? This was a great read.

My allergies disappeared. I lost 9 pounds. I felt less stress from the foods I consumed. Best sleep in a long time.
What we decided: Mark and I have both slowly added in a chicken breast per day which is progress from my normal 3 breasts per day pre-challenge and would continue eating the amount of vegetables we had been eating. Our next challenge: We decided to keep this going and to challenge ourselves to yet another big goal: eliminate liquor for the next 30 days.

Ashley Johns February 1st, Lori, Sending you and your daughter the best! Start your day with a bowl of healthy porridge oats; have a Brie and grape sandwich for lunch. Enjoy a snack of spicy roasted chickpeas during the day, and for tea have a portion of this Vegetable chilli. Kick-start your day with an Apple and muesli smoothie , have Mulligatawny soup for lunch, a Black eyed bean, feta and herb burger for tea followed by this Full of fruit sundae.
Have a bowl of no-added-sugar muesli for breakfast, followed by a baked potato and beans for lunch and this Pasta and vegetable cheese for dinner with a side salad. Poached eggs and toast await you for breakfast followed by Hearty minestrone soup for lunch and this quick-to-make Tofu noodle stir-fry for tea. Plus a Wholemeal fruit bar when you fancy a snack. Enjoy 2 Weetabix for breakfast, and an egg mayo sandwich for lunch. Lose weight healthily eating a Vegetarian Mediterranean diet.
For a lb woman, this would be 46g of protein. Many plant sources have good amounts of protein. These include foods like beans, lentils, chickpeas, seeds, nuts, soy, and whole grains. Historically, vegetarians were told such foods do not need to be combined within a single meal. Today research shows that such foods do not need to be combined within a single meal.
The take home message? Vitamin B12 is needed to help the production of red blood cells and maintain a healthy nervous system.
